MVP Character Proxies

The current investor build uses MVP character proxies, not final production humans.

Selection currently supports:

• SKM_Manny_Simple as the young adult male base.
• SKM_Quinn_Simple as the young adult female base.

Agrarian applies project-owned workwear materials and runtime presentation layers for torso clothing, backpack, bedroll, and boots. These layers are meant to move the build away from untouched Unreal template dummies while still remaining honest prototype art.

Visual direction:

• realistic near-future frontier survival;
• practical modern workwear;
• post-collapse scarcity without apocalypse-warrior exaggeration;
• settlement-builder tone;
• a few archetypes that can later respond to age, health, injury, nutrition, and long-term physical condition.

Final character work should replace these proxies with original or properly licensed free character bases before public testing.
